Unfortunately, our experience with this wedding planner was deeply disappointing. After a full year of working together and paying in full, we saw little to no progress and ultimately had to part ways. Communication was difficult throughout, and we often felt dismissed and rudely spoken to, both myself, my husband, and our families. For the amount paid, there was no clear value add.
