I have been a patient of hers for a while but all of a sudden the communication has stoped. The nurse never returns calls, the call center can't answer any questions and I am now missing all the dosages of my medication for over a month. I am very disappointed because I like her as a Dr but her support staff is seriously lacking. Update: I finally met with the Dr and she did everything she could to remedy how I felt. Drove my son in from Texarkana and Dr. Voinea was very thorough and friendly. She explained things to us and answered our questions. I highly recommend her!!! The ladies in the lab were very friendly as well!!

My second appointment with Dr. Voinea was on November 20th. She was hyper focused on the review I left on my first visit. Once again her bedside manner was terrible. She let me know that my review was her only bad review for the month. She also stated she was surprised to see me back based off of my review and I made her aware I was looking for a new rheumatologist but none at the office she works for were seeing new pts.
