My 11 year old son worked with Alina for over a year for his stuttering & fluency. I can't recommend her enough! She is so great with kids, patient, makes them feel comfortable & keeps them motivated even when they don't feel like doing the work :) I was amazed with his progress and really enjoyed having her work with my son. She is wonderful!
We worked with Alina for 8 months, having weekly sessions with my 5/6 y.old twins. She helped them with sound production in both Russian and English at the same time. The sessions were play-based, and the children really enjoyed them and always looked forward to meeting with Alina. The results have been excellent, and we have seen clear progress in both languages.
Alina Rivkin is an inspiration. She is one of the few stuttering specialists/speech path in Florida who overcame stuttering and went through the MPI stuttering program. I am a speech path too and have had the pleasure of knowing the inspiration and skills she provides. She is caring and compassionate. Cannot recommend her enough.
Aalina, was wonderful to work with! Her patience with our rambunctious 3 year old was remarkable. We looked forward to her visits every week and she was extremely flexible if we had to reschedule. Our son learned so much and we were so excited that he excelled beyond needing her expertise, but we were sad when our visits were over. She's the best!
