Absolutely the worst place to go have been here multiple times and every time the staff is completely rude and all they do is refer you to other places. Tonight my husband was seen at another ED for severe abdominal pain they were amazing but their CT scanner was broken so they needed to transfer us to another ED and immediately we wanted any where but allina in buffalo how ever they were the only ones who could accept the transfer at the time so we reluctantly went. I went into the ER tonight for having a gout flair up. You can clearly see how swollen my ankle is. They put me in a back hallway and left me for 45 minutes in agony. Then gave me a few shots and pills and told me I was discharged whenever I was ready. An hour later my foot did not feel any better and a cop interrupted my crying saying he was told I refused to leave. I was never told I had to leave otherwise I would have.
