Had an appointment at 10 am and I was transferred to Shahzad Qadri, who was rushing to answer my immigration questions with a tone of annoyance. I then asked a question about family law and he said this is not his area, which is completely understandable. However, when I was transferred back to the main operator and I asked her to transfer me back to him because I forgot to ask him a question, he refused to talk to me saying that my questions were not immigration questions.
