They say they are OPEN but do not answer the phone. I bought some lotion recently but they have changed the ingredients and now it smells horrible. I followed the instructions to return it but they have not refunded my money and will not respond to attempts to reach them.

I hate using a lotion even though my dry, cracked hands need it. Most are too greasy and messy. I really like this lotion. It works and it's not greasy.
