Seems a poorly run business. Tried to book a car with them. They have a physical space inside the Holiday inn express hotel…no indication when looking for it, that it was indeed inside the hotel, I had to guess. Once there, there was no one at the location to interact with. The staff at the hotel said it’s a common occurrence, and to call the phone number on the sign. I called and went to voicemail due to full in box. Eventually someone did return my call, but by then I had rented from a different place (with great service).

Very friendly service at the Edmonton location. It was a very smooth transaction to get from the Airport to the rental location (and back). I would definitely consider renting from them again in the future.

No one there when we went to rent a car - a sign notifying they would return in 15min - but after 30+min of waiting we had to go to another place to rent a car😐

Ali go Langley is by far the best and most helpful, welcoming and professional car rental business I have been to. They made it so easy and very efficient! I am definitely using Ali go every time we come back to BC! Thank you Ali go!!!!!!!
