Natalie has been an amazing chiropractor! She's definitely worked some magic. I've had sudden acute pains like being unable to lift any weight with an arm and one visit made me feel a night and day difference. She's also helped address more long term soreness in various spots that I hadn't even realized I had and was subconsciously just "dealing" with it.
