I wasted my time and money in different shops for my truck alignment. I came to this shop to give a shot. This time I wasn't disappointed. Dana knows what he is doing, and does a great job. Explained what he was doing and gave tips along the way . Even a few days later called me to check back. No other mechanics would do this. I highly recommend Dana if you need truck wheel alignment. I would highly recommend Dana at alignments by DJK. It is definitely worth the drive from several hours away to have an alignment done correctly. He is great to deal with and explains what was done in easy to understand terms and details. He is easy to contact and answers promptly. Very professional in all aspects of what he does. I had an excellent experience here. Everyone was friendly and professional. Dana answered all of my questions when repairing the truck alignment. He was personable, knowledgeable, straightforward, and made the whole process a breeze. He took time to check up on how the truck was running for a week. Plus, a 30-day warranty to top it off. I booked with Dana on 2 separate recommendations, after having bad alignments at other shops. Excellent communication right off the bat from the first phone call and well after the alignment was done.
