Poor Quality and No Integrity! We took a 2020 Dodge Ram dually into this shop only because Russ's Alignment is no longer in business. The technician chipped the powder coat on both front wheels during the alignment process. They chipped each wheel in at least 8 different places and even attempted to ‘color in’ one spot in an attempt to hide the damage (circled in yellow in photo). When we called to discuss with Gary, he stated "sorry dude! I have to clamp the tool onto the wheels, so there isn’t anything I can do about it”. ... read more
