Derrick and his team went above and beyond the normal service us Owner Operators receive in today’s world! They replaced my King Pins and Aligned my truck better than any of my previous attempts for the same service on my other trucks! All work performed and completed according to estimate and completed without delay! Thank you AOW! You’ve now gained a loyal customer for life. Well done guys 👍
No or less customer service. Need more training about dealing with customers. Shop employees look like they don't like working. Pushing customers away. Won't recommend for any.
AOW seems like a super honest and fair shop from my experience. Quotes were spot on to the actual invoice. Repairs were finished when they said they would be and I was kept in the loop during the process. Parts and labor rates are fair while still doing quality work. They did my king pins and alignment for almost half the price another shop wanted (without alignment). Would definitely recommend.
Derrick and staff are professional, thorough and quick. I would highly recommend AOW!
