I can't say enough how awesome my experience was, from getting a quote and having the work done in a timely fashion. I had a horrible experience with another shop nearby. We all had a good laugh at my truck, the other shop lowered the front 3.5 inches and had the back up 6.5 inches. I felt like a out of work drug dealer from 1970. It drove like a pig. After finding out the sound coming from my truck was because i didnt put 2 bolts to torque spec, Customer service was great and fixed my problem quick. If ever need something done in the future I will be taking it back here.
Overall work seems ok but I asked how long it would take because I needed to figure out if I was gonna stay with the vehicle or not. They said three hours, but they put somebody to install my front grill cover That’s never done it before even though the guy that does the front grill covers normally was there and it took them seven hours. So I stayed there seven hours. then I left and had to come all the way back because they didn’t know if they tightened the bolts. After getting an alignment on my 55 Chevy Belair. I was experiencing what seemed like "bump" steer. So I took it back to them. They discovered that my brand new power steering box was detaching itself from the frame. They have the resources and mechanical wisdom to fix unorthodox issues.
