The deep tissue massage is the best therapy I have for pain and stiffness.
From the moment I walked into Aligned Therapeutic, I felt welcomed, calm and relaxed. Once I met with Jenny, we discussed any areas of concern and she reassured me that she would work to release any tension in the areas. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. Went in not being able to turn my neck hardly any, come out with great range of motion. Atmosphere is great as well. Jenny is very knowledgeable, very professional, and knows what she’s doing. Recommend to anyone wanting to feel better.
