This company provides a "24 Call Back" feature which I have requested multiple times over the course of a month... and have received 0 calls in return. Now the billing says I am delinquent paying for services that were never rendered and they never once called. Finally got a live supervisor on my last call into APW who refused to discuss their failure and was rude. Less than helpful. If I didn't know better, I'd say this company was a scam, but they are just beaurocratic inefficiency at it's worse.
Sent a minor to collections without ever sending a bill. The minor is covered by insurance which all other entities seen that day successfully billed. They claim they sent the bill twice to address on file. Never tried to bill the insurance. Then sent the minor to collections. Their answer is that this is my problem. How do they have a high two star review?
This billing service looks like a scam and is totally unprofessional. I received an initial bill that said it was the final billing notice and that the “account was delinquent.” Additionally, the bill does not state what services were provided for which you are billing billed. The cherry on top is that the website provided to pay the bill doesn’t even work. The providers “aligned” with this billing company should really reconsider using this service. I would hesitate to see a provider who uses this company.
Place has been nothing but issues. Set up a payment plan got sent to collections anyways. Then they continued with auto payments and I covered payed over 700. Been fighting tooth and nail to get it back. I call them and get different time frames each time and no actual updates from the billing department. I want my money back. They told me 45 to 60 days.
