This billing service looks like a scam and is totally unprofessional. I received an initial bill that said it was the final billing notice and that the “account was delinquent.” Additionally, the bill does not state what services were provided for which you are billing billed. The cherry on top is that the website provided to pay the bill doesn’t even work. The providers “aligned” with this billing company should really reconsider using this service. I would hesitate to see a provider who uses this company.
Place has been nothing but issues. Set up a payment plan got sent to collections anyways. Then they continued with auto payments and I covered payed over 700. Been fighting tooth and nail to get it back. I call them and get different time frames each time and no actual updates from the billing department. I want my money back. They told me 45 to 60 days. ER visit for cutting my the top of my hand near my knuckle. It was a very deep and I was concerned I hit something. It was late so only option was the ER. Big mistake, I was there for hours and waited so long the numbing gel wore off so they had to give me a second numbing gel, (which I have to still pay for both). I am in the medical field and know that sutures do not cost no where near what my bill was for the provider bill $ 1,418 and bill from the hospital $2,377 for three sutures!!!! THIS IS SICKENING! My son had an emergency several months ago. Paid my bill in full (so I thought). Got a call from a collection agency today that I never paid the doctor’s bill. Apparently they had mailed it to a 10 year old address and not the one I provided at the hospital so I never received it. Dr. Leauver himself was fantastic so this review I hope doesn’t reflect poorly on him. And I apologize I didn’t pay before it going to collections! That’s never happened to us and we would paid in full had we known. Maybe call?
