Don't bother trying to call any of their numbers listed, call the hospital you went to and then have them transfer you directly. Half of the numbers I found for them were dead lines and the other half never picked up and just sent me to voicemail. I was sent to collections twice now for bills I never received. No form of contact was ever made to me prior to this. I was able to call after searching for their phone number, and the representative told me they cannot email bills, only mail, and then proceeded to send the statement to my email. I was also told that it's my responsibility to call to ensure if I have any remaining balances due, instead of them ensuring I've received the bill. The hospital is zero help. 3 times given insurance information 3 times bills are still being sent. Maybe if they employed ENGLISH speaking reps this wouldn’t happen. Spoken to “APRIL” twice now and twice she seems annoyed and now willing to do her job. If one more bill is sent now that info was given a THIRD time I will be contacting the BBB. Sounds all like a scam.
