The entire staff is wonderful but I have to highlight the amazing work of Olivia! I started going for acupuncture in January and in several weeks- she has managed my neck and shoulder to a level that several years of other chiro clinics couldn't come close to! My last appt, I went for lower back pain and after the cupping treatment- the pain was completely gone! I have also recommended my mom and another mom-friend. All great reviews!
I cannot endorse the acupuncture & cupping here more. The Acupuncturist is truly exceptional; she is thorough, genuine, & provided me with a tremendous amount of information to help with my ailments beyond acupuncture. As a provider myself, for the last 20 years, I was genuinely impressed.
Warning: Misleading Billing Practices Be cautious when dealing with this place. They initially assured me that my insurance would cover the costs, only to come back a year later demanding over $400. Their response? "Oops, our mistake, but you still owe us the money." This kind of deceptive billing is unacceptable—make sure to get everything in writing and double-check with your insurance to avoid surprise charges.
Dr. Spencely is amazing! Came in with shoulder pain, ended up I have a rib subluxation along with some old injuries around my shoulder blade. Been coming here for about a year now and my pain is almost entirely gone! Agnes is also a fantastic massage therapist and I cannot recommend this place more!
