I’m always taken by surprise how different I feel when I leave Julie’s body work studio. I Always feel heard and respected. Julie is technically adept and intuitively gifted. I don’t think she’ll ever stop learning. Knowing and working with her gives me the opportunity to deeply learn about my own skeletal system and how best to stay as active as I possibly can. She is an incredibly valuable person in my life. If you have a chance to work with Julie, do it. It’ll change the way you think about your body. In a good way.

Julie Spoth is a very powerful body worker and a very gentle, empathetic person. I am finding her structural integration to be the most successful body work I have yet experienced and as an ex massage therapist myself I have had a lot of body work. I would recommend her unconditionally to anyone who wants/needs to improve the balance and functioning of their body, Whether for health, comfort or vanity.
