Aligned health and wellness is a great place. Marc is an excellent practitioner who will take care of you and any chiropractic needs you have. The infrared sauna is really great. It has helped me with my stomach issues. Also Danielle, who is the receptionist is always welcoming and kind. I definitely recommend this place!!
Love this place. Did the infra red sauna twice now. It's extremely relaxing to be in there, and it's a beautiful clean space too. You can adjust the temperature and have your own music playing. I felt better after, how is difficult to describe but more centered in my energy and I had a great sleep that night. Will definitely be back. Also Dani and Marc are lovely and have great energy!
I went to Aligned Health and Wellness a little by chance but it was the best decision I could have made. Dr Marc is highly skilled, gentle, caring, and attentive. He can detect sensitive areas right away and relieve them almost instantly. I also appreciate that he's a very honest physician and won't push you for something you don't really need. I can tell that he truly has his clients' best interests at heart. Oh and Danielle at the front desk is the sweetest! Such wonderful people in this space
I do not even know where to begin with my list of injuries and ailments! In another life I was a semi pro athlete in my native Australia playing Australian Football, a highly athletic, physical, full contact sport. It left me with many ailments well after my retirement. In addition to this I work in the fitness industry so I still lead a highly active lifestyle.
