Wish there were negative stars, this lady is absolutely the worst, disrespectful, unclassy, negative, unprofessional,anti customer service person I've ever seen, if you want to be treated like a human or with respect GO anywhere else, there's plenty of other options in and around Salem, terrible customer service and horrible attitude, if you want more information just hmu, side note she was wearing slides and my god those toes and nails need some serious help 🤢
I have an audio recording of the whole event that went as follows,I was looking for a service that this business offers and promotes online. When I called the Karen that answered the phone was extremely rude with me and treated me like I was a problem.When she hung up the phone on me I was already on my way to the facility. Excellent chiropractor with a huge heart. After an injury she was diligent to continually assess my pain to determine next steps. She was quick to refer out when needed, and ensured that I received the best care possible. I am so grateful for Aligned by Design.
Went in to renew my d.o.t medical. Dr.land is very professional and she does not hassle drivers like a lot of places do. If you need a d.o.t dr.land is the place to go.
