My sons have been under Dr. Chae's care now for over a year and we are all very happy with her care. As a fellow holistic practitioner I am impressed with her knowledge and her results. She is on top of current research and care techniques. I refer clients here regularly and enjoy working with her. She truly cares about helping people and setting them up for success and long term health.
Probably the most empathetic, loving group of professionals I have ever experienced! Dr. Stepanka is the greatest. Her staff is perfect too!
Incredible team, from the office manager, Rachel to all the dental assistants. Dr Chae is the most compassionate Dr. we've seen. She has cared for my 2 sons incredibly well and the results we have experienced are amazing. I am very happy and grateful for Aligne and highly recommend any family to schedule a consultation.
My son was referred to Dr. Chae for ortho by our holistic dentist. Yes, it takes about $1000 to get started. This information was all given to me up front on day one. It costs money because Dr. Chae is a very busy woman and wants to work with individuals that are serious about her expertise and style of ortho. My short review: Dr with narcissistic tendencies, overpriced service, rude front desk and no clarity or accountability on the treatment results. Just a money milking business. My story: I lost about $3K here Appointments are set up in such way that they milk as much money out of you as they possibly can. $200 initial appointment. No information on treatment, just a general fill out form and a couple pictures taken, technically all you leave with is “yes, indeed we can work with you”.
