I attended the “sit on it” class with absolutely no experience at all and by the end of it felt incredibly comfortable and confident with the routine! I can’t lie, I was a bit skeptical but the instructor, Chivon was amazing! Not only was she incredibly skilled but also incredibly patient, making sure everyone felt comfortable and confident regardless of their experience level. An amazing and very welcoming environment. There's a class for everyone and you can learn at your own pace. I absolutely love this place and the people here and it is the perfect place to start your pole journey.
