I have gone to one meditation class, so far, at Align with Sarah. The meditation was awesome as there was no judgement or rigid expectations, and my body was free to move as it needed. Sarah is intuitive and thoughtful with great insight into the energetic needs of the body. I plan to see Sarah weekly for meditation and monthly for other alternative healing work.
Highly recommend Sarah! She was very helpful with my child - her work made a very positive impact. She is extremely warm and welcoming, we felt very at ease with her. Our apt was able to be made quickly and she checked in with us after.
