I was adjusted by Ruben yesterday for the first time and was quite impressed. He mad sure and listened to my specific concerns and did a full initial workup. The treatment was nice and consisted of a combination of stretching, range of motion exercises and adjusting. I left there feeling much better and very satisfied with the experience!
I came to visit my daughter in Santa Rosa yesterday who had pains shooting down her right leg and was in a lot of pain. I found Align to Health Chiropractic on Google and was able to get her in on the same day. She saw Dr. Mueen and he was amazing! Dr. Rubin is a wonderful and gentle chiropractor. When my former chiropractor retired I was so blessed to find him. Not only has he helped me heal my spine from some accidents but he also works on my hands and feet which has helped my walking and ability to play many musical instruments without pain. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Mueen got me back on my feet again! I have been suffering from chronic back pain for most of my adult life and have seen many specialists in different fields. What I particularly appreciate about Dr. Mueen's work is the commitment to not just supporting me through an acute moment, but also supporting me in learning the kind of behaviors and maintenance needed to avoid future episodes. I’m so pleased with the treatment I’m getting. Even though it’s only been a few weeks going. I have been in pain in my lower back for about two years now and decided to do something about it.
