I recently completed the 28 day program to help me with overcoming depression. For the past 2 1/2 years I had been stuck in the grieving process from losing my husband of 33 years. I knew I couldn’t stay stuck in that frame of mind forever, but I didn’t know how to pull myself out of it and continue with the rest of my life with peace and clarity. April and the ThetaPod have helped tremendously. I started out doing the 5 day program and by the third day I knew I wanted to continue on and complete the 28 day program.
I have always dealt with different mental health issues like anxiety & depression since I was 18. I was also diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder a few years ago so all to say, I’ve had a long history with mental illness. Once my father passed away, I was in an extremely dark place. I’ve been going to Align Theta Center for a few years now and I highly recommend learning more about it and giving it a try! It’s been helpful in keeping me relaxed during the stressful work week. There’s a lot of applications to this technology, which I find amazing!
