I’ve been going to align studios for a while now and just love the inviting relaxed energy Nishita creates there. The classes are led by knowledgeable instructors, the vibe is welcoming and unpretentious and there is a reformer class combo or a yoga session for everyone- no matter your level or experience. Align studios has the most friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Nishita is a very positive and helpful person who is ready to help you in any and every situation. I take classes with Nishita, Angela, Carla and Danielle who are knowledgeable, supportive and attentive to individual needs which motivates me to be my very best.
