After completing the 2 week unlimited trial I am SO inclined to come back. The instructors are amazing, enthusiastic, and create a community at the studio. It is different from what I’m used to at the gym but leaves me dripping in sweat and feeling strong, toned, and accomplished. The music & vibes 10/10
I’ve taken all the classes with each instructor and I love them all! Great workouts, great environment, great energy. They do a great job of keeping it difficult for the advanced folks and also providing beginner level modifications. I’m so sad I found the studio with 3 months left in my program in New Haven, but I’m taking full advantage of it while I’m here. Seriously, 10/10 stars would recommend for anyone and everyone!
Align Studio is the best Pilates studio I’ve ever attended! Perfect for beginners while also being a challenging and great all-around workout. I thought I only liked reformer Pilates, but Align fully converted me. Alex and the entire team are warm, talented, and welcoming. A must try studio!
After years of being disappointed by the workout options in New Haven, I was so excited when align opened. It is the best mat Pilates class I have ever done! It is fast paced and a great burn, and I still find it challenging after going regularly for months. The studio has a great vibe. Alex and her whole team of instructors are so wonderful and welcoming. And the student unlimited membership deal makes it affordable for students!
Clean and such a vibe- candles and soft lighting! The instructors and playlists are 10/10! Would recommend for anyone looking for a mat Pilates workout.
