Fun and challenging classes. The instructors have wonderful energy, and the music is great. The space is immaculate and beautifully decorated, and always smells amazing.
I have been going to Align consistently for the past 5 months and they are absolutely the best! Every instructor is amazing. Every class offers unique moves and is always super fun! Great vibes, great results. :)
After completing the 2 week unlimited trial I am SO inclined to come back. The instructors are amazing, enthusiastic, and create a community at the studio. It is different from what I’m used to at the gym but leaves me dripping in sweat and feeling strong, toned, and accomplished. The music & vibes 10/10
I’ve taken all the classes with each instructor and I love them all! Great workouts, great environment, great energy. They do a great job of keeping it difficult for the advanced folks and also providing beginner level modifications. I’m so sad I found the studio with 3 months left in my program in New Haven, but I’m taking full advantage of it while I’m here. Seriously, 10/10 stars would recommend for anyone and everyone!
