Mason really knows what he is doing, gets to the crux of the issue and makes it fun along the way! He's wonderful.
Absolutely the best physical therapist ever! Mason's approach is as it should be.....very individualized. It is not the typical one size fits all approach that you find in most PT groups. He works with you so that you have a plan for ongoing care for your particular issues. I highly recommend Mason Shelton!
Mason is awesome! With very subtle exercises/stretches, he's helping me to reduce back and neck pain caused by stress, which results in poor posture. Poor posture puts stress on many muscles, resulting in all kinds of issues. He also does amazing "hands on therapy", which he describes as a combo of gentle chiropractic and massage. He worked on my back a lot today and I feel SO much better tonight! Thank you, Dr. Mason!!
Mason is fantastic- he is genuinely interested in the well-being of his patients, and with his expertise not only was I always able to keep training, but I hit PRs in my 30s I hadn't seen since high school track. Now that I've moved away, I'm so glad he has given helped me to better understand my body so that I can carry on when an office visit is no longer an option. Working with Mason was a great pleasure, and I recommend him highly.
Mason is a skilled Physical Therapist! His work with my plantar fasciitis has helped me walk comfortably again!
