I have struggled with pain and stiffness in my ankles for over thirty years. I have tried ankle braces, inserts, physical therapy and many types of shoes with not much success. After several sessions with Brittany, I cannot believe the increased range of motion and the stiffness/pain is gone. It’s hard to describe but it’s like she removed years of built up restriction and tightness in my ankles. I highly recommend giving Brittany and Rolfing a try!!
Amazing experience. Very professional, active listener, and knowledgeable in her field. I feel great after getting a good Rolf and I cannot wait to build on my next session. I had back surgery last year and though my back is great, the rest of my body has been struggling with flexibility and mobility in certain areas, she's helped me a lot with just one session !
