I’ve been going to Align Pilates for a couple of years now, and I truly cannot say enough good things about Cathy and her team. Align is amazing! Such a welcoming group of instructors it’s how I start my day every day. The staff is knowledgeable and well educated. I am so glad that there is a place that welcomes everybody no matter where you are at in your fitness journey you can find the support and encouragement here.
Love this studio so much! It gave me my ability to move my body in a safe way. All the instructors are well trained and informed. Cannot recommend enough.
Felt energized after the 5:30am class with Clover however the class size is pretty big and not diverse. The workout itself is good but there is very little guidance. If you are focused on improving form a smaller class would be better.
