Felt energized after the 5:30am class with Clover however the class size is pretty big and not diverse. The workout itself is good but there is very little guidance. If you are focused on improving form a smaller class would be better.

Cathy and her crew are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I cannot rave enough about how much I love align and the variety of classes that are available, there is a class for anyone. You don’t need to know what to do because the align team won’t let you be left out they will walk you through every move and exercise. I promise give Align a try and you will never want to leave. Anyone that walks through those doors are always welcomed and you instantly feel like family. I am so thankful for Cathy and the Align team💗
They are an amazing group! I went in with some issues that I have been going to a chiropractor for and come to find out it seems muscle related and feels much better just hours later, also I've discovered a handful of muscles that I didn't even know existed until they were put to use haha. Thanks so much! Will be coming back for sure!
