Dr. Puja has been such a gift to our whole family. She really knows her stuff and always makes sure each visit is just right for what we need. It’s clear she truly cares and wants us to get better. What makes her special isn’t just her skills, though. She’s kind, patient, and always goes out of her way to help. We feel lucky to have her and can’t thank her enough for everything she does. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking physical therapy.

Dr. Puja is one of a kind. She helped our son (now 9 months) at a very trying time of his life and ours! She also evaluated our daughter ther who is six and my daughter begs to go back because she was so comfortable. Dr. Puja is patient, thorough, and it is so clear that she is passionate about what she does. She truly individualizes treatment and caters to her patients needs- both physically and emotionally. I’ve been to many PT practices for my hips and knees before meeting Dr. Puja. After going to Dr. Puja for the first time I never left. Her knowledge and care she gives you is top tier and you won’t find anything like it at any other PT practice. The best!

Have been going for physical therapy for over 2 years, mostly in FL. My issues have ranged from back pain, torn rotator cuff, balance, lack of strength and stamina from a near fatal strep infection and other residual arm and hand problems from that strep infection. Dr. Puja is a phenomenal physical therapist and individual. She is honest, caring and I fully trust her with treatment. She treated many of my family members, including myself, all with excellent results. Anyone I know in need of physical therapy will get the recommendation of Align PT as this is the most professional and effective physical therapy office around!
