I had a great experience coming here for my pelvic floor physical therapy! I saw Sabrina and she was great and always made me feel comfortable. Listen ladies, no amount of leaking urine is normal (even if you’re postpartum). It’s never too late to come in and work these muscles (no need to undress during visits). They work with insurance. Do yourself a favor and schedule a consultation. 10/10 recommend! Happy sneezing and coughing!

Align Physical Therapy, under the direction of Sabrina Summers, is much more than a place to go do PT. I suffer from major back and leg pain caused from sciatica. While she cannot rebuild my aging back, she has been able to give me relief every time I go to see her. She has given me tools to deal with my pain.
