Highly recommended. I had an anterior hip replacement exactly two weeks ago and am proceeding ahead of schedule in large part because of Dr. Himmel. You can tell she knows her stuff and what separates her from others who may well know their stuff too is the individual attention she gives and you can tell she really cares about your progress. By the way, she just literally taught me how to walk again today. Amazing!

Lindsey is the most amazing physical therapist! She has helped me with lower back pain throughout my pregnancy and neck pain from working at a desk for 8+ hours. She gives you insight into causes and triggers to avoid and then also gives you ways to strengthen and keep pain free. She was a life saver when I hurt my neck during the pandemic, being available virtually the next day. Besides being a delightful person, she has the best bedside manner and gives you her full attention at every appointment.

Lindsey is absolutely amazing. She has transformed my whole body with her unique expertise, extraordinary knowledge, and blend of physical therapy and Pilates.
