Absolutely no customer service. Tried to call and book an appointment for orthotics, no receptionist just voice mail telling me to book on line. Booked as soon as possible over a week wait. Day of appointment an hour before I am called and informed I Booked the wrong appointment and not to waste my time. THAT IS WHY I CALLED. please have someone qnsweer the phone dawn it.

Laura did a great job making custom orthotics and helping me choose the right pair of running shoes so I can run pain free. She is always kind and professional, I highly recommend.
