I am so happy with the level of care my son has received in the last 3 years. His treatment has been on going and he will most likely need to continue for the next 3 years as they monitor his growth. We have never been rushed into treatment and everything they recommend is explained thoroughly by the Orthodontist and treatment coordinators. I highly recommend them.
I would give this place 5 stars if not for the orthodontist assistant who attends to my son when we go there. The orthodontist Dr. Raisa is super nice and sweet, but that assistant? She talks down on my son, with her tone of voice telling him he should clean his teeth and Invisalign better, making him appear like he did something horrible. Be more hospitable to your patients, please.
