Contacted the Align Edmonton north location after hours via social media very late on a Friday night as my local dentist was not available. Not only did they help they had one of their orthodontists review some photos and give us some advice. Amazing customer service and very thankful for all the help!!! Truly went above and beyond for us.
The front desk staff here are unprofessional. I called regarding structural jaw and breathing issues at night, and the receptionist refused to let us book an appointment. She decided on her own that nothing was wrong just because of my retainer history. A receptionist is not a doctor and has no right to deny a patient care. We are taking our business to an airway-focused clinic that actually takes health seriously.

The whole 2 1/2 years of my braces journey went superb. There’s been multiple instances where I was early to my appointment and they took me in early so I wouldn’t have to wait. The staff were all nice and accommodating. They answered all my inquiries and they were quick with their hands. They’re very knowledgeable about their craft. All in all, if you’re looking into getting braces I recommend Align Ortho 10 out of 10.
I was referred to Dr. Friesen. Not a great experience. Every visit felt rushed, like I was being rushed in and out of there. The splint was horrible, and every adjustment appointment was disappointing. They did not listen to my concerns with migraine and jaw pains and never really resolved any of my issues. It felt like a waste of time and money. I’m seeing a new specialist now, and the difference in knowledge, service, and technology is incredible.
