I have been a member of Align Method Studio since February 2026, and every aspect of the experience has exceeded my expectations. Although the classes are conducted in small group settings, the instructors provide such personalized attention that it often feels like a private session. Ginger, Leigha, and Sarune are amazing instructors. They're athletes outside of the studio so they know what they're doing. They're also really able to give each person in attendance a good deal of attention so you're sure to find yourself incredibly sore after your first few sessions. Totally worth the drive into Princeton.
So grateful to Ginger for opening a much needed boutique Pilates/ Gyrotonic studio in the heart of Princeton! I always feel amazing (and aligned) after each reformer class with Leigha. Ginger's Gyrotonic offerings are fantastic as well. The classes in both modalities are designed for all levels and all of the instructors are well vetted and will challenge you no matter what level you are. Can't wait to try its yoga offerings - coming soon. I cannot express how much I love this studio and will be a member for life!
Highly recommend!! If you like a challenge and traditional Pilates, take a session with Fania.! Gyrotonic is great for former dancers and alternative physical therapy.
Tried this place out and loved it! The owner, Ginger, was super nice and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend trying the studio out!
