After just 1 year from our initial launch, in 2017 we opened our second location in Napanee. Central to both Kingston and Belleville, Napanee provided us the ideal location to provide a full range of products and services to both markets. Again we assembled a team of industry leaders who hit the ground running. Providing a full service of sales and technical support enabled us to work with clients, therapists and facility partners for continued growth in South Eastern Ontario.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Fast responses, the locations work together to get what you need quickly and efficiently. I can’t say enough about these folks. They made this transition so much easier and it is so appreciated.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Very poor customer service. And when you say as much that their service "SUCKS" and wouldn't recommend them. You then receive a phone call from the "Owner" to tell you to take your business elsewhere. Which I was planning on doing anyways. But guess they feel can't handle criticism to improve customer service.
We have been greatly impressed by the service, Mike and the crew,going above and beyond, to get my husband's powerchair functioning again. It is a necessity for hubby to work in it. ( how be it somewhat ancient by today's standards). Especially being just before Christmas... very courteous , knowledgeable prompt . Thank you for coming to our aid .
