My wife and I have been coming here for over a year. I love the atmosphere. The coaches led my Steven Esmerio, Andrew and Abigail are amazing. I definitely recommend this place.
Align Health & Fitness is dedicated to their customers! They meet you where you are at with your health journey and make you feel welcomed, never insecure. Besides the great gym workouts and chiropractic offerings, I really like their cold plunge and sauna. I used them both for my post recovery for the SA half marathon and it helped me So much in recovery. Highly recommend this gym!

I love this place. Fantastic coaching, clean and friendly environment. Emphasizes overall health and quality technique but still pushes you to be better than when you walked in. Great balance of hard work without the injuries or toxicity of similar style gyms. Highly recommended.
Great gym with a friendly atmosphere. The members and coaches are a real community. The sauna and cold plunge are a solid bonus, and the chiropractor and sports massage support are second to none. Highly recommend joining.
