I feel so much confidence going to a gym where the Doctors and coaches have intricate, in-depth knowledge about how the body should move and work and between the warm-ups, classes, and chiropractor sessions are helping me achieve my fitness and health goals in safe yet challenging ways. What excellent chiropractic care, encouraging trainers, and supportive community Align has! Through the chiropractic care I have experienced less pain and more knowledge and comfort in my body! I am always excited when I get to see Dr. Mary or Dr. Donna! And on the gym side of things their trainers were very attentive to where each person was at physically and I trusted them when they would scale my weights! Very kind, personal, and down to earth people! This is a great place to join!
I love it here. I have done all the workouts - OTF, personal trainers, barre, soul cycle etc and this truly is my favorite. The coaching is personal and targeted. The group environment is fun and motivating. The gym is the perfect size. Donna and her team are amazing. Highly recommend.
