Adam is amazing. Going in for a remedial massage with him is another experience. The session can be challenging, but Adam explains everything and the relief straight after and ongoing with some long standing back and shoulder issues has been nothing but extraordinary. Truly a Master in his field. Would highly recommend.
Adam Gadd is the best remedial massage therapist I have ever been to. I came to him with excruciating lower back pain and couldn’t sit down for extended periods. I had been seeing a physio multiple times a week with no results. After just 1 session I was able to sit down for the first time in months without pain and resume normal life.. now I see him every couple of months (if that) to stay on top of it.
