I just started going to Align a month ago and I wish I had found them sooner! I never knew what a great workout barre is, it works muscles that I didn’t even know existed. Kellie and Natalie are great instructors and the classes are always different which I love. I always look forward to class and highly recommend Align to everyone!

Align moved to Studio 56 in Murray and that’s where my girls go to dance! My youngest goes to the Little Learners Preschool at Studio 56 so why not drop her off and go work out. I’ve only tried Barre once before this and loved it so now I love that it’s so convenient and close by to where I live as well! It is an amazing whole body workout! I feel so energized and amazing after! Definitely recommend Barre and Align!
