Honestly didn’t love it! Felt a little awkward, went in for my first class and the instructor never said anything to me, which is fine, but it felt a bit awkward when she was talking lots to the other women she already knew there. Idk, maybe it’s cause I used to work at an Orange Theory but I think I need a more welcoming environment🤣
Great fitness studio. I go there for baby wearing barre, it's very baby and mother friendly but also good workout. The instructors are very good, professional, and lovely. I love the vibe, made me feel comfortable and want to come back. Was a bit hard to find when I got there the first time, so give yourself some extra time upon arrival, and note that there's a staircase you have to go up on the way to the studio. All in all, I highly recommend it.
If you're looking for somewhere to work out, this place is great! If you're looking to get fit and have fun, Align is where it is at. And if you're looking to connect with an awesome community, then try a class, you won't regret it!
Alyson and her team are the best. I left the area and I miss this studio, the people and of course the classes tremendously. It made working out fun! Go and attend you won’t regret it !
Having taken over 100 barre classes at all different studios I can say Barre Strength with Olivia was top notch! Challenging & fun!! I’m back to working out after a long hiatus (baby lol) and this class was very doable & enjoyable.
