Horrible and rude, doctor didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing!!! Said my teeth were to complicated and to go somewhere else.. also said I had a gum problem but didn’t explain and wouldn’t work on my teeth but is the only dentist that has ever told me that. Don’t go to this dentist. So unprofessional
Please don’t waste your time or money with this company. They give you wrong information while you’re sitting there and when you call or show up to an appointment they have absolutely no record of it. They changed names 4 times in a 12 month span and are very unprofessional and RUDE. If their was a negative star option I would give it
Worst customer service experience, front desk person who started in January very confrontational, needs to how to treat customer. Refused to leave a message for the doctor, stated the doctor does not speak to patients. I saw a dentist in January and he called me before my procedure. The new dentist per the front desk person said the new dentist does not speak to patients? She told me I could find another dentist and was canceling my appointment. The doctor was explaining that I needed a lot of work done which is why I picked up going to a dentist in the first place. I suffer from medical anxiety and diagnosed depression so my teeth are very messed up. I walked in and they asked about what I needed and I said “I’m aware I have cavities” they x-rayed and right off the bat the nurse told me “I needed to do better”. 0 customer service at all! Felt rushed and roughly handled during deep cleaning. Didn't feel the dentist was there for me and my care, the whole office felt as in a hurry--I set time aside in my day to have a comfortable cleaning, which I did not receive
