I had a fantastic experience at Align custom fit footwear store. The staff was warm, professional, and took time to assess my needs thoroughly. The shoes recommended by Dr. Chan are incredibly comfortable and significantly reduced my foot discomfort. The customer service was outstanding, special want to thank for Vanessa, she is such caring lovely staff. I highly recommend this store for anyone seeking quality footwear and expert advice. Five stars!

Horrible experience. Waited over a month for a refund for a service that I canceled within 5 minutes. Their policy says you'll get the full money back if you cancel before 24 hours of your appointment which is what I did. The back and forth with this business was ridiculous and I'll never book a service here. Be aware. Also I never even got the refund. I had to file a charge back with my credit card company. They said twice that I would get the funds back and even after giving my credit card information for them to do a manu... read more
