Great customer service
Very disappointed. While I realize that I don’t have standard foot issues I was really hoping Align was going to be a different insole provider. But the only thing different is their prices. While my insurance provider covered 100% of the $500 cost, their prices went above that. Then there is the issue of inadequate information being provided and blamed on a new employee. If the product was superior then I would have overlooked all of this but because the insoles look like the were cut out by my 10yr old it makes me not want... read more
