I can't say enough good things about Dr. Menchaca. She returned my call promptly and was so friendly and approachable on the phone. I was seeking ear impressions for the purpose of inner ear monitors. She was accommodating and professional in every way. I highly recommend Tessa at Align Audiology. Her friendliness and professionalism made for an awesome experience in getting my hearing aides. In addition her follow-up after receiving the hearing aides has been terrific too. She's patient in explaining everything you need to know about wearing and caring for your aides.

Dr Menchaca was very professional and was surprised that a woman of my age could hear as well as I was. But did suggest that I keep testing on regular basis to be on top of any changes.
