We ignored a lot of red flags when we moved in. Maybe we got unlucky with the unit we lived in, but we wouldn't have stayed longer no matter what unit we were in. This is going to be long, but here's the facts: Trash: constantly and all over the place. broken toys, food, trash bags. This place is hell! Kids running around all the time. Parents let them do whatever and take no responsibility for their kids! We moved in and so many broken things that they promised to fix. Ain’t a damn thang was fixed! These apts are way too ghetto to be 2300 a month! There are ants and roaches EVERYWHERE!!!!!’ This place is a joke! It’s ghetto and so is the office workers if they ever answer their phones!

The lack of honesty and communication with this property is inexcusable. Last week 2/18 I called about my deposit being sent back to me via check in the mail and after NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS to get in contact via email they finally told me they would send it out by the end of the week. Here I am in the next week asking them for an update AGAIN and they JUST let me know my deposit will be mailed out today. ! Unacceptable. I’m glad I did not move here.
