Love it
Align is a slum. The kids are bad and the parents are worse. I saw children jumping on the hood of a vehicle a few spaces away from the leasing office. Management does not care.
Scheduled a tour, showed up, and waited for nearly two hours and still they never showed up, very poor communication, and a waste of my valuable time.
This was, without question, the most frustrating rental experience I’ve had. For over a year, I repeatedly raised concerns about water damage in the unit, including visible moisture issues that affected multiple areas. I documented everything and followed up consistently. I was told a remediation company would be scheduled, but they never showed up. The issues were never fully resolved, which ultimately led to my decision not to renew my lease.
