no maintenance
Very disappointing experience. I applied weeks ago and the biggest issue was the lack of communication from Charlene. I repeatedly called, emailed, stopped by the office, sent my sister in, and even contacted other Avenue5 properties just to get basic information about my own application. I received a conditional approval from RentGrow on July 25 and was later told my RFTA had been submitted and we were waiting on the Section 8 inspection. Lived here 6.5 years. Theres always garbage. They installed cameras even and trash has NEVER decreased and what we pay is diabolical. We change management like underwear (I’m happy Char is back tho! Kudos for that. Monae was the other great manager we’ve had!!) Shootings, kids always being disrespectful (car got egged today at that) etc. Rent is always increasing but they say “fair rent price”.
