Leaving a no star review. My husband has. Qdro set in place for his ex wife’s pension. We have a lawyer contacting them to divide the court ordered QDRO. Sent certified mail months ago. No one responds are does their job here.Sounds like the BBB will be contacted
Applied for an insurance agent position and they don't even give you an in person interview...it's AI. I recorded the video and got a denial email. The email said I didn't have the education or experience. Crazy because I have had my insurance license for 4 years and worked Medicare sales every season. The only thing I can say is they're racist and/or sexist. But I see this is a poorly run company and holds people hard earnings hostage when they need it most. So take another bad review...
If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service team does all that they can, which is minimal. The case manager never calls, and there is always something wrong with your paperwork. Constantly trying to fight alight while trying to fight cancer is ridiculous!
This is a company that many employers use to handle their employee's 401K/Pension Benefits. Alight Solutions has been a complete nightmare to deal with! I have been dealing with them for almost a year now trying to receive my money! When you call you will be passed around from different representatives, No one will tell you their names, You will be asked the same questions over and over again, There will always be an "Issue" that needs to be fixed. Terrible customer service. Trying to speak with someone about our dependent and healthcare FSA and it is impossible to reach customer service. I have called 4 time and been on hold for over 2 hours each time saying "you are the first person in queue". I am unable to access my money. I filed a BBB complaint - they are scored a D- with hundreds of negative complaints.
