Absolutely unacceptable service. My experience with Alight Solutions has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have dealt with from any company managing retirement or benefits accounts. I submitted a legitimate claim for reimbursement through my RMA and it was denied with little to no real explanation. When I tried to get clarification, I was met with a wall of silence. My experience with this service provider has been quite disappointing. The representatives have gaping knowledge gaps and are unable to provide any answers to basic questions (ex. "Can you provide the name of my medical insurance carrier?"). Every request has been escalated and nothing has been resolved. The service is so bad, if I switch employers, one of the deciding factors will be whether or not their benefits provider (if outsourced) has an excellent service rating. 0 - Stars Run from this company as fast as you can. Never let this company have anything to do with HSA accounts. They will bleed your accounts dry with fees.
This has to be the worst company around.Ever since this company took over the Texas Income Protection Plan things have gone downhill. Its baffling how their doors are still open. Noone knows what theyre doing and everyone is clueless.
Place is an absolute joke. I can’t get access to my account to view my tax documents because I never receive the verification code. They won’t give me another option to receive the code and won’t update my phone number to a different one. They said they would email me the documents but never did. Don’t trust this company with your money, if your employer switch’s to Alight, take your money out and run, DO NOT trust them with your savings
