BEWARE! Can NOT recommend! My sister was given a vitamin shot and got SIRVA from a given incorrectly injection here and totally unable to use her arm for 4 1/2 months & still occasionally hurts, she could not even work! When contacted they basically admitted it, then laughed and made excuses, then ignored her or caring, so be warned where you choose to go! Extremely Unprofessional! Contact a lawyer!
