No great shakes. Been to much better in the past.
I am so disappointed in Dr Otero (Allergy and Asthma Care). After being a patient for 15+ years, we were told that the Jupiter office was closing and patients were not permitted to transfer to her Palm City office. We were given names of a couple of doctors in PBG to try to transfer to, handed our records and shot vials and sent on our way. BTW….The Palm City office is accepting new patients, but not patients of their Jupiter office. Got rid of my allergies when my roommates had a cat in college back in 2006.
Office and nursing staff is terrible. Create new policies on the fly requiring negative Covid PCR test before each visit. That is absurd considering this is an allergy clinic where weekly visits are necessary.
