My Dell experience has been a nightmare. I ordered a graphics card for the Alienware Graphics Amplifier. It was never delivered. I've called Dell on numerous occasions. Each time I get a different answer (still no graphics card). Finally, after three weeks, I'm told that this card is not available. After all this, I discovered that my credit card had been charged for this nonexistent graphics card.
