Steer clear. Highly Not recommended. They do not have proper certification or education which caused extra expense because of issue they caused. Never showed up as promised. Very poor communication skills. Very rude and unprofessional. When a problem arises that's when they stop answering the phone.
Couldn't help us with our pool problem
I was super satisfied with a job well done. The service was top notch and on point. Just look at the picture of my pool after they came and after two quick visits got it ready for spring after a harsh winter. I highly recommend Alien Pool Cleaning to anyone looking to prepare their above ground pool for swim season!
