The windshield replacement was successfully completed. However, there were a couple of hiccups along the way. The first issue was that nobody showed up on the first appointment during the 4 hour window that was set up. When I tried to reach them, I couldn't get through as the phone kept going straight to voicemail (this was the 2nd issue).
